Graduated from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA with a BS degree in Marketing in 1998. She has 11 years experience consulting National Corporations’ Executive Level personnel with regard to their efficiency in Telecommunication usage and service options. She was introduced into the Merchant Services Industry in 2003. She listens to what her clients need in a processor and designs a transaction rate matrix, equipment offering, and provides a level of service – unmatched in the Merchant Services Industry. She has educated a staff of professionals that disclose and explain legally binding facts to clients, train clients and their staffs, installs equipment, researches new products and services, and listens to and resolves client concerns. This level of commitment to satisfaction is provided so Superior Card Consulting clients can go about their business – doing what they do best – running their businesses.
Barbara Kirk has sixteen years banking experience in California which included supervising, managing, and auditing bank operations, documenting bank policy, and developing and writing operations procedures. For eight years after moving to Georgia, she supported a nine-member management team at a national telecommunications company. Over the years she perfected her customer pleasing, detail-oriented, administrative and organizational skills. In 2003 she founded her own successful company, My Personal Assistant of Georgia. She utilizes her vast array of professional and personal experiences to manage the needs of Superior Card Consulting and its clients.
